- For sweating feet during barefoot fitness, wear socks with grip to preserve a natural feeling, prevent slipping, and reduce spreading of bacteria and germs on the floor and equipment.
- For sweating feet while wearing athletic shoes, be sure to choose sport socks that have a moisture wicking component. Synthetic fibers draw moisture away from the skin's surface to better keep feet dry.
- Remove dirt and bacteria after working out by cleansing the feet. After rinsing, be sure to dry feet thoroughly to avoid any traces of moisture to avoid fungus from developing.
