We’ve also temporarily paused expedited shipping so you won’t pay for faster shipping we can’t confidently provide during this time. We appreciate your patience and will send your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. Note that shipping carriers are experiencing high volumes and some shipping updates are lagging. We do our best to get your order out in a timely manner but it may get delayed due to the volume at USPS. TAVI does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in San Diego, California. Your business is important to us and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can. If you have not received your package within 15 days or placing your order please contact us.

We offer free shipping with a purchase of $100 or more within the continental U.S.*. Excludes dealer orders.

Most orders arrive within 4-8 business days** for in-stock items. Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes.
