I was worried these beauties would be too tight on my wider ankle. And that would have been a shame because they are awesome. To my surprise they fit perfectly! Stretchy, supportive and most definitely sticky. :)

I really wanted to post a 5-star review for the Kai grip socks, but I can't because I never received the items I paid for.
I already own a few pairs of the Kai grip socks and love them so much, so I returned to Tavi website to purchase more. I never received the items I ordered after 4 weeks. The tracking information shows it was delivered but I never received them. I tried to contact customer service via phone and email listed on the website multiple times. No one answered the call any time during the day. No one responded to my multiple emails and voicemails. The online chat function seems to be disappeared. The 33 Threads corporate number seems to be disconnected. I am now left with a charge on my credit card, no socks, and no one to reach out to discuss/resolve the issue.
Is the company still in business? If so, can someone reach out to resolve the issue?
